- Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate of Science in Nursing
Description
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) program or Nursing Diploma program.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting.
- Minimum 2 years of home health nursing experience.
- OASIS experience required.
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) software experience required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills.
- Knowledge of medication administration, IV therapy, wound care, and home-based patient care.
- Ability to manage multiple patients independently while prioritizing care needs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a home care environment.
- Commitment to providing safe, compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Ability to travel locally and maintain a flexible schedule.
