Description
Pride Health is hiring a Ultrasound Technologist for our client in the medical facility. This is a temporary assignment opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Job Details:
Schedule: 8.00am to 5pm
Location: Houston, TX
Job Type: Contract
Contract Length: 3 months (possibility of extension)
Pay Range: $22/hr- $23.40/hr
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Description
- Perform high-quality vascular ultrasound examinations for the cardiology department, including arterial and venous studies.
- Conduct non-invasive vascular imaging procedures following established protocols and physician orders.
- Assist with Vein Clinic therapeutic procedures when assigned, depending on clinic location.
- Obtain accurate diagnostic images and measurements for physician interpretation.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) certification required.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience performing vascular ultrasound.
- At least 1 year of cumulative venous sonography experience.
