Description
Shift Requirement: 12hr Days 6:30-7.
Float Requirement: First to float within skillset.
Deaconess Midtown (IN) campus (8 miles apart) & potential to float to Deaconess Henderson (KY – 11 miles).
2 HR notice given for cross campus float.
Mid-shift float within same campus.
Cross campus mid-shift float is unlikely but possible.
On Call/Call Back Requirement: N/A.
Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Three weekends out of every six week schedule.
Every other holiday.
Required Certs to be attached upon submittal: Must have current active compact license.
AHA BLS and NIHSS.
Minimum Experience REQUIRED: Two years of strong Med/Surg, 1 travel assignment, trauma level II experience.
Charting Experience: Recent EPIC experience required (will be required to do a checkoff class).
