Description

Job Title: Travel Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) - 5x8 Days (M-F)

Job Description: Take on a convenient Monday–Friday travel assignment at Cone Health - Surgery Center at MedCenter Mebane in Mebane, NC! We are seeking an adaptable OR Registered Nurse for day shifts (5x8s, 07:00–15:30). In this ambulatory surgical setting—including GI/Endoseopic procedures three days a week—you will provide exceptional perioperative care. First-time travelers are encouraged to apply!

Contract Details:

Target Start Date: 08/17/2026
Schedule: 5x8-hour Days, Monday through Friday (07:00–15:30; no weekends or on-call required).
Commitment: All RTO must be disclosed upfront with the initial application package.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent OR experience (ambulatory and scrubbing background preferred).
Systems: EPIC EMR proficiency is mandatory.
Certifications: Active AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS required at submission.
Licensure: Active nursing license in hand at submittal.
Travel Eligibility: Must reside strictly outside a 50-mile radius (Driver's License required for address verification).
Testing: Successful completion of the Cone Health compliance EKG exam required.
