Physical Therapist (Orthopedic PT)
Join a collaborative outpatient team in Minneapolis, delivering high-quality orthopedic care in a patient-focused clinic environment. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced PTs looking for consistency, autonomy, and strong team support.

Scope of Role
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions using evidence-based physical therapy techniques
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
- Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as appropriate
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and home exercise programs
- Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Must-Have Credentials
- Active Minnesota Physical Therapy License
- Minimum 2 years of full-time PT experience (4,160 hours)
- Strong orthopedic background
Key Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of physical therapy theory, techniques, and orthopedic treatment methods
- Ability to operate and calibrate PT and orthopedic equipment
- Strong patient education and communication skills
- Ability to interpret physician orders, patient charts, and clinical documentation
- Experience with bandaging, wrapping, and therapeutic interventions
- Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations and care teams
