Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) — Outpatient
Join a collaborative outpatient specialty team in Minneapolis, working with patients recovering from trauma, stroke, and complex neurologic conditions. This is an excellent opportunity for SLPs with strong MBSS experience and a passion for neuro rehab.

Scope of Role
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
- Perform Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS) as part of a balanced caseload
- Manage a neurologic-focused patient population including stroke and traumatic brain injury recovery
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient/family education
- Document patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide occasional cross-coverage in outpatient, acute rehab, or acute care settings as needed
Productivity Expectations
- 22–24 treatment units per day
- Approximately 6 hours of direct patient care daily
Must-Have Credentials
- Minnesota SLP License
- ASHA CCC Certification (CCC-SLP)
- Minimum 1 year of experience performing MBSS independently
- Minimum 1 year of experience with stroke and TBI patients
Preferred Qualifications
- MBSImP Certification or equivalent training
- Experience in outpatient or acute rehabilitation settings
- Flexibility for occasional cross-setting coverage
