Now Hiring: Clinical Assessment Manager (UAS Required)

Temp-to-Perm Opportunity | $60/hour

Are you an experienced RN with UAS-NY assessment experience looking for your next opportunity? We're partnering with a respected healthcare organization to find a Clinical Assessment Manager for a full-time, temp-to-perm assignment.

Position Details

Pay: $60/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
Assignment: Temp-to-Perm
Setting: Field-based (conducting in-home participant assessments)

What You'll Do

Conduct UAS-NY assessments and reassessments
Complete comprehensive clinical assessments
Perform medication reviews
Conduct post-hospital discharge evaluations
Assist with clinical onboarding of new participants
Ensure assessments are completed accurately and on time
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support quality patient care

Qualifications

Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
Previous UAS-NY assessment experience is required
Strong clinical assessment skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Comfortable traveling throughout the community to conduct in-home visits
Ability to work independently while managing a daily schedule
