Travel RN - Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Stepdown | $2,350/wk

Location: Omaha, NE

Shift / Hours:12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Hours/Week

13 weeks | ASAP Start

 

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Omaha, NE. Take advantage of a strong pay package with over 60% in tax-free stipends, working in a high-performing medical center with excellent unit support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to stepdown and progressive care patients requiring continuous cardiac telemetry, titratable drip management, and close monitoring.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary care teams, physicians, and staff in a fast-paced acute care setting.
  • Manage patient assessments, care plans, and medication administration while maintaining strict safety standards.

Position Requirements:

  • License: Active Nebraska RN License or Compact/NLC Multistate License.
  • Certifications: AHA BLS & AHA ACLS required upon submission (NIHSS preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of recent PCU, Stepdown, or Telemetry experience in an acute care setting.
  • Shift: Ability to work 12-Hour Night Shifts (7P–7A).
