Shift: Days, 7a-3:30p, Mon-Fri, 5x8hr shifts, call required

**Call requirements: 1 weekday per week at minimum, weekend rotation;
On-call shifts Monday - Friday 1530-0700, Saturday and Sunday 0700-0700  ****AUTO OFFERS ONLY - NO INTERVIEWS******

2+ years experience required**BLS, ACLS, PALS required
**Experience with general, ortho, OBGYN, podiatry, plastics, endo, trauma & DaVinci robotics required
**Adult & pediatric experience required
Facility size: 99 beds Number of beds in unit: 6 operating rooms Approx 250 procedures per month
The Operating Room Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in the anticipation and planning for the care of the patient in the operating room. As a member of the surgical team the RN works with the Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, ORT s and other personnel to provide patient care in the Operating Room according to State Nurse Practice Act, AORN and regulatory standards, physician orders, policies and procedures of the Hospital and the Surgical Department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ensuring supplies, timeliness of cases, communication with families, updating of physician preference cards, scrubbing and assisting physicians during surgical cases, and supervision of personnel delivering patient care.
