Description
Travel Rates:
Total Taxable: $1,795.00
Total Non-Taxable: $1,505.00
Total Gross: $3,300.00
Shift:
4x10s - Days - 07:30 AM - 06:00 PM. Rotating days, including weekends.
Note: Call is required. Can be up to half of scheduled shifts.
Work Experience:
1 to 2 years at least of experience but must have inpatient hospital experience.
Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience: Preferred
Education:
Graduate of school of pharmacy: Required
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree: Preferred
License:
Pharmacist license in the state of practice
Certifications:
BCLS required.
