Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) – Hybrid

Location: Bronx, NY
Schedule: 1 Day Onsite / 4 Days Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $70K–$80K (up to $85K for candidates with Child & Adolescent experience)

Overview

Seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to support behavioral health services within an integrated care setting. The role includes assessments, therapy, care coordination, crisis intervention, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and screenings
• Provide evidence-based therapy (CBT, MI, Crisis Intervention, IPT, Behavioral Activation)
• Coordinate care plans and monitor patient progress
• Participate in collaborative care meetings
• Complete risk assessments and crisis intervention as needed
• Maintain timely EHR documentation
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and case conferences

Qualifications

• Active NY LMSW license
• MSW from an accredited institution
• Experience in behavioral health and therapy services
• Knowledge of DSM-V diagnostic criteria
• Experience with EHR systems
• Strong interdisciplinary communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish required
