Details of Assignment:

13-week assignment at Rehabilitation Hospital

Day shift schedule Rotating weekends required

Work with medically stable patients recovering from major injuries, illnesses, surgeries, and neurological events Assist patients in regaining strength, mobility, and independence. Common patient populations include stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopedic trauma, joint replacement, and medically complex rehab patients

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists

Support patients through intensive rehabilitation programs designed to help them return home safely and independently

Opportunity to gain experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting focused on functional recovery and patient outcomes
