• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Shift:Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) 🌙
• Schedule: 3x12s (36 hours/week)

🏥 Facility & Unit Information

• Location: Golden, Colorado
• Unit: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Patient Population: Adult, high-acuity/critical care
• Float Requirement: May float to appropriate units based on skillset
• On-Call: Possible as needed 

👩‍⚕️ Role Overview

As an ICU RN, you will provide critical care nursing to patients with life-threatening conditions. You will play a key role in monitoring, stabilizing, and improving patient outcomes through advanced clinical skills and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuous monitoring
• Develop and implement critical care plans
• Administer IV medications, drips, and life-saving interventions
• Monitor ventilated patients and respond to rapid condition changes
• Provide patient and family education and support
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams for optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Delegate tasks and supervise support staff when appropriate 

✅ Requirements

• Experience:
  • Minimum 1+ year ICU RN experience required
• Education:
  • ASN required | BSN preferred
• Licensure & Certifications:
  • Active RN License (Single State or Compact)
  • BLS (AHA) – Required
  • ACLS (AHA) – Required
  • NIHSS – Required
• Preferred:
  • Additional critical care certifications (PALS/NRP as applicable)
