Description
Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care (LTC)
Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting, including medication administration, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting daily living needs. Collaborate with healthcare teams, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure quality care and safety for residents.
