Patient Population: Adult (cardiac & vascular surgical cases)
Float Requirement: May float within scope if needed

👩‍⚕️ Role Overview

As a CVOR RN, you will be an essential part of a high-performing surgical team, assisting in complex cardiovascular procedures. This role requires strong clinical expertise, precision, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity OR environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Assist in cardiovascular and thoracic surgical procedures
Perform scrub and/or circulating duties
Monitor patient status throughout surgical procedures
Ensure proper instrumentation and sterile field maintenance
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff
Provide pre-op and post-op patient care coordination
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
Support safe and efficient OR workflow

✅ Requirements

Experience:
- Minimum 1+ year RN experience required
- CVOR experience strongly preferred
Education:
- ASN required | BSN preferred
Licensure & Certifications:
- Active RN License (Single State or Compact)
- BLS (AHA) – Required
