Nurse Manager – Endoscopy & Urgent Care 

Shift:

• Monday–Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• No weekends, no holidays, and no on-call

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee both the Endoscopy and Urgent Care departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical and leadership background with recent nurse management experience in a similar setting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations for the Endoscopy and Urgent Care departments.
• Oversee patient care, staff scheduling, workflow, and clinical operations.
• Support GI procedures and ensure compliance with procedural and safety standards.
• Coordinate procedure scheduling and patient flow.
• Supervise care provided in 4 Endoscopy procedure rooms.
• Provide leadership while maintaining high-quality patient care for:
  • Endoscopy patients (18+ years)
  • Urgent Care patients (all ages)
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient department operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts RN License
• Current AHA BLS Certification.
• Recent Nurse Manager experience in Endoscopy, GI, or a related specialty.
• 5+ years of Nursing (NM) experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with:
  • Moderate sedation
  • GI procedures and endoscopy scopes

  • Procedure scheduling and workflow management

     

Preferred Qualifications:

• CGRN (Certified Gastroenterology Registered Nurse) certification.
• Experience with Epic EMR.
