Description
Travel Pharmacist (RPh)
We are seeking a Travel Pharmacist (RPh) for a 13-week assignment in a high-volume Retail Pharmacy setting. This position is open to first-time travelers and offers the opportunity to care for patients across all age groups, from neonates to geriatrics.
Shift & Schedule:
- Day Shifts: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Every 3rd weekend required
Patient Population:
- Neonates
- Infants
- Pediatrics
- Adolescents
- Adults
- Geriatrics
Staffing & Volume:
- Weekdays: 1 Pharmacist : 2 Staff
- Weekends: 1:1 Staffing
- Average daily volume: 250–300 prescriptions/patients
Requirements:
- Active RPh (Registered Pharmacist) license
- Experience in Retail Pharmacy required
- Sterile compounding experience preferred
- Compounding Pharmacy experience preferred
- Experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory Pharmacy software preferred
This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacists looking to gain travel experience while working in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment. First-time travelers are encouraged
