RN - PICU at Maimonides Medical Center (Brooklyn, NY)
Type/Specialties staffed : Trauma Training Unit Description: Pediatric ICU with 11 bed telemetry capability plus additional surge bed capacity with the same ICU trained staff and monitoring capabilities. Intubated, Respiratory Support, Vasoactive Drips, CVL, Alines Shift times: 11.5 hour shift - 7p to 7:30a, 60 min unpaid lunch Floating: Will be expected to float which could include Peds ER
Nurse to Patient Ratio if applicable: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 based on acuity Unit Size/Beds: 11 beds Cases seen: Respiratory, Trauma, Post Op Surgical, Sepsis Years of Exp preferred: 3+ Previous Travel Experience Required: Y OR N? N Certifications required: PALS, BLS, PCAR, TNCC
