Requirements
- Active RN License
- BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and NIHSS required
- Prior SNF/Subacute experience required
Patient Population
- Pulmonary patients requiring oxygen
- Alzheimer's & Dementia
- Long-Term Care residents
Responsibilities
- Medication administration
- Wound care
- Tracheostomy care
- IV care
Patient Ratio
- 1:5
EMR
- Cerner
Schedule
- 12-hour day shifts
- Every other weekend
- Holiday rotation
- First to float
- Float to Acute Rehab, Med-Surg, and Tele as needed
- No call required
