Mammography Technologist – San Mateo, CA
Job Summary:
The Mammography Technologist is responsible for performing routine and specialized breast imaging procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images. The role requires working independently while exercising sound clinical judgment to ensure patient safety, image quality, and timely results. The technologist will communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team while maintaining compliance with all hospital, state, and federal regulations. Responsibilities may also include assisting with department-specific procedures and orienting new staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Mammography experience
- BLS (AHA) certification
- California CRT license
Schedule:
- Shift: 5 × 8-hour Day Shifts
- Hours: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Days: Monday–Friday
- Weekend: Saturday rotation as needed
