Description
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of recent Surgical Technologist experience required.
- Previous travel experience is required.
- Must be available to work night shifts and participate in the required call rotation.
Required Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) Certification
Schedule
- Shift: 3×12 Nights
- Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- 36 hours per week
Call Requirements
- Call is required and assigned based on the needs of the unit.
- Typical call schedule includes:
- Approximately one backup night call every other week.
- Approximately one 24-hour weekend call shift per month.
- The operating room reserves the right to assign additional call coverage based on staffing and unit needs.
