Likelihood of extension. Schedule Details 40 hours per week Monday – Friday 8a-4:30p Bill Rate $50 Local Pay Rate $30/hour Contract Requirements/Experience 2+ years of experience in eye care Some customer service required – discussed in interview Local candidate with a reliable commute strongly preferred COVID vaccine not required Flu vaccine required in-season TB test within 6 months of start date No drug screen required Parking $11/day – we will reimburse Facility is easily accessible via public transit Submission Requirements Amergis Cover Page with time off requests and in-person interview availability Resume Interview Details In-person only – around an hour Patient parking lot across the street for in-person interviews – validated by client If interview goes well, we will complete reference checks prior to offer being made.
