· Documentation system: meditech expanse

· Scheduling requirements: 12 hours shifts 6 am to 6pm and 6pm to 6 am

· Floating policy: occasional floating, would be used as a helper role

· Multiple staff members with 5 plus years of tenure, Multiple staff member with 5 plus years of psychiatric experience, 12 hour shifts alternating weekends, recreational therapist on staff to assist with daily groups. Social worker on staff to assist with discharge planning. Very family oriented, supportive unit.
