Description
Shift: Variable (Every other weekend & every other major holiday required)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start: ASAP
Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts RN License
- AHA BLS & NRP Certifications (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care Postpartum experience
- Travel experience preferred (First-time travelers welcome)
- Lactation Certification preferred
- EMR experience required
Unit Highlights:
- 13-bed Postpartum Unit + 4-bed Continuing Care Nursery
- Care for postpartum vaginal & C-section patients and newborns
- Experience with postpartum magnesium, postpartum hemorrhage, IV antibiotics, PRBCs, Rhogam, and Lovenox
- No floating required
- No mandatory call (volunteers may be requested)
