Description

Job Title: Travel RN – Med/Surg & ER Combo (Weekend Nights)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg & Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a weekend-only travel assignment.

This role requires working every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night, including Labor Day Weekend.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable caring for patients in both Medical-Surgical and Emergency Room settings and be prepared to float between the two as needed.

This position is based in an 18-bed Critical Access Hospital (CAH) with a high-volume Emergency Department, averaging up to 200 ER visits per month. Candidates with prior Critical Access Hospital experience and strong Cerner EMR proficiency are highly preferred.

Requirements

Recent experience in both Med/Surg and Emergency Room
Critical Access Hospital (CAH) experience preferred
Strong Cerner EMR experience preferred
Willingness to work every weekend (Friday–Sunday), including Labor Day Weekend
Ability to work as Charge Nurse when needed
Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
TNCC preferred
