Description
Ultrasound Technologist (OB/MFM) – Local Contract
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–4:30 PM (37.5 hrs/week)
- Location: Local candidates only (in-person interview required)
- Required Certification: RDMS
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of Ultrasound experience
- Must Have: Strong OB experience, including high-risk obstetrics. Candidate must successfully complete an evaluation by a Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) specialist to demonstrate competency in obtaining required fetal imaging views.
- Responsibilities:
- Perform OB ultrasound examinations
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment
- Upload images to PACS
- Assist radiologists and support department workflow
- Mentor/orient new ultrasound staff as needed
- Required Skills:
- PACS
- Ultrasound equipment operation and maintenance
- Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
Ideal Candidate: An experienced RDMS-certified OB Sonographer with recent high-risk OB/MFM experience who is comfortable working independently and can pass an MFM competency assessment. This is a stable Monday–Friday, no weekends
