Description
For this CVOR RN travel assignment:
- Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week (most travel contracts)
- Shift: Primarily 4 × 10-hour shifts (6:45 AM – 5:15 PM)
- Contract Length: 13 or 17 weeks
- On-Call: Required
- General call: Approximately every 7th weekend
- 30-minute response time
- May take specialty call (Cardiac/Thoracic or Ortho/Neuro) if qualified
- Weekend Requirement: Approximately once per quarter
- Holiday Requirement: Rotate with permanent staff
- Floating: None

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
