Job Summary – Physical Therapist (PT)

• Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
• Shift: Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Guaranteed Hours: 48 hrs/week
• Contract Length: (13 Weeks)

Facility Information

• Primary Facility: Kings Mountain Hospital
• Acute Care: 67-bed hospital
• Outpatient: Kings Mountain Outpatient (PT services)

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
• First-time travelers accepted
• Acute care experience preferred

Required Licensure & Certifications

• Active Physical Therapy (PT) License
• AHA BLS Certification

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide physical therapy interventions in acute care and outpatient settings
• Improve patient mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Document patient care accurately in Epic
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
• Maintain quality and safety standards throughout patient care

• 50-mile radius rule: Traveler's permanent residence must be more than 50 miles from the home facility
