Position Details
- Position: Pharmacist – Outpatient
- Specialty: Outpatient Pharmacy
- Facility: ProMedica Toledo Hospital
- Location: 2142 N Cove Blvd, Toledo, OH 43606
- Start Date: 09/01/2026
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Shift: Day | 5x8 Hours
- Shift Time: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd Weekend
Requirements
- Active RPh License
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience
- Epic charting experience required
- Epic Willow Ambulatory Pharmacy experience preferred
- Retail/Outpatient Pharmacy experience required
- Non-sterile compounding experience preferred
- Volume of 250–300 prescriptions per day
- First-time travelers accepted
