Description
Job Description
We're hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an Adult Acute Care unit The RN will provide safe, patient-centered care, perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, monitor patient progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Active RN License
- Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience
- BLS, ACLS, PALS & NIHSS certifications required
- Strong skills in patient assessment, care planning, and clinical intervention
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient conditions
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Administer treatments and monitor patient responses
- Educate patients and families on care and discharge planning
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
- Mentor support staff and maintain quality patient care standards
