Description
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy (Required)
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) (Preferred)
- Minimum 1–2 years of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience (Required)
- One year of technical pharmacy experience (Preferred)
- Active Pharmacist License in the state of practice (Required)
- All state-required pharmacist licenses and certifications must be current and active
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (Required)
Schedule
- ✅ Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- ✅ 4 x 10-hour shifts per week
- ✅ Rotating schedule, including weekends
- ✅ On-call coverage required (up to 50% of scheduled shifts)
Required Qualifications
✔ Active Pharmacist License (State of Practice)
✔ BLS Certification
✔ Minimum 1–2 years of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
Preferred Qualifications
- PharmD Degree
- Previous inpatient clinical pharmacy experience
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
