Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Provide direct bedside nursing care and carry out physician orders.
Delegate and supervise support staff, including Nurse Assistants, Patient Care Associates, OB Care Associates, and other ancillary personnel.
Monitor patient progress and evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan.
Deliver safe, patient-centered care while supporting optimal maternal and newborn outcomes.
