Description

Must be in IL 3 business days prior to compliance HDD in order to meet fingerprinting requirements.

Shift: 0615-1645
Ratios/Daily Caseload:8 Cases
Years of experience REQ: 3-4 Years
First-timers accepted: Yes
Weekend REQ: Call rotation starting end of shift on Friday (1645) till Monday am (0615). This rotation is once every 3-4 weeks
Certs REQ: BLS
Is on-call REQ? Yes - Call is 1-2 times per week and every 3-4 weekends
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Will float as needed
Open to accommodating block schedule? No
Locals accepted: Yes- no radius.
RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.

Special Requirements:
Work Setting Experience Required: Acute Inpatient OR, CVOR, Outpatient OR
Surgery Case Experience Required: Cardiac, General, Thoracic, Vascular
Cardiovascular experience required: Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, Mitral Valve replacement, Pericardial window
Vascular experience required: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Arteriovenous fistula repair, Arteriovenous fistula repair, Carotid Endarterectomy, Femoral popliteal bypass graft, Vein stripping
Endoscopic Procedure Experience Required: Bronchoscopy, EGD, Laparoscopic assisted cases, Peg tube placement/exchange
Trauma Expereince required: Amputations, Gunshot/stab wounds
Equipment Experience required: Case Cart, Drills, Electrosurgical Units, Fiber optic light source/cords
Professional Knowledge and Skills Required: Aseptic technique, isolation precautions, laser safety
