• Patient Population : Adult – mix of stroke, Traumatic/Non – Traumatic Brain Injury, Debility, amputation, Non-Truamatic Spinal Cord, some traumatic ; Cardiac/Pulmonary patients; Neurological Diroders ( Myopathy, MS, Parkinsons, )

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Licensed PT in State of Indiana
• Preferred Skillset/Experience:
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: As above under Patient Population
• Personality Fit: cohesive team; therapy and nursing work extremely well together
