Description

The role involves working within a health system's mission, vision, values, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using age-specific criteria. Judgments are made based on scientific knowledge and clinical skills. Additionally, there is a role in planning, directing, and teaching non-RN staff such as LPN/PCT and Unit Secretaries. Flexibility with schedule changes is required.

Submission Requirements

Experience: 2+ years of OB experience [REQUIRED].
Travel Assignment: Must have completed 1 travel assignment [REQUIRED].
Skills: Ability to function as a 1st assist and scrub OB [HIGHLY PREFERRED].

Work History: Relevant work history in the specialty.
Skills Checklist: Current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty (OBGYN) [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT].
Licenses: Active Ohio/OH or Compact RN license [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT].
Certifications:
Active American Heart Association BLS [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT].

Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT].

On Call: No call.
Weekends: Every 3rd weekend.
