Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Pool (Med/Surg-Telemetry)

Start Date: ASAP 
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
Schedule: 36 Hours/Week

We’re seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse to join the Float Pool as a Med/Surg-Telemetry RN. This is an excellent opportunity for a flexible nurse who enjoys working with a variety of patient populations while supporting multiple inpatient units. Ideal candidates are confident, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Position Details
•    Specialty: Float Pool – Med/Surg & Telemetry
•    Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
•    Start Date: ASAP 
•    Shift: Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
•    Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
•    Weekend Requirement: 36 hours per week, including weekends as scheduled
•    Float: Required to float as needed

Unit Information
•    Float Pool assignment covering Med/Surg and Telemetry units
•    Number of beds and patient ratios vary based on assigned unit
•    Electronic Medical Record: Epic

Requirements
•    Active RN license
•    Minimum of 2 years of acute care RN experience
•    BLS certification required
•    ACLS certification required
•    Strong Med/Surg and Telemetry experience
•    Ability to independently interpret cardiac telemetry strips and accurately document findings in the electronic medical record
•    Excellent time management, flexibility, and teamwork skills
•    Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable floating to multiple units
