Required Experience & Qualifications

PharmD required
Active Oregon Pharmacist License (RPh) required at time of submission
Minimum 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience required
Strong clinical hospital pharmacy background required
Oncology pharmacy experience required
Chemotherapy medication preparation experience required
Hazardous drug compounding experience required
Experience working independently in a smaller hospital setting strongly preferred
Epic EMR experience preferred
