Description

Registered Nurse – Med/Surg (Acute Care)

Location: Tuba City, AZ

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Shift: Nights – 18:30 – 07:00
Schedule: 3x12 Hour Shifts

EMR: Allscripts

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of acute care or sub-acute nursing experience required
Minimum 3 years of RN experience preferred
Current, active, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state, territory, or Puerto Rico
Must maintain required certifications throughout assignment

Required Certifications:

BLS – American Heart Association
ACLS – American Heart Association
TCAR (Trauma Care After Resuscitation) – Required within 6 months of hire
NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) – Required within 6 months of hire
