Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - New Graduates Welcome!
Job Description: Kickstart your nursing career in a supportive, patient-centered healing environment! We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. In this role, you will implement professional nursing practices centered on holistic care, comprehensive patient assessments, care coordination, and evidence-based interventions. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, prioritize needs, and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient responses, administer therapies, manage medications, and execute timely discharge processes.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams, physicians, and case management to ensure nursing excellence and patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: No experience required (new graduates welcome; previous nursing experience preferred).
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Licensure & Certifications: Active, unrestricted State RN License and active BLS certification required at submittal.

Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
