Travel RN – Telemetry | Concord, NH | 13-Week Contract

Concord Hospital is seeking an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment. Join a collaborative team providing exceptional cardiac care in a fast-paced acute care setting.

Job Details

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care for Telemetry patients.
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms.
Care for post-cardiac catheterization and cardiac procedure patients.
Manage TR Bands and ensure effective hemostasis.
Perform accurate stroke assessments.
Float to ED Hold, ICU, or PCU as needed.
May be required to float to:
- Concord Hospital – Laconia
- Concord Hospital – Franklin
