Description
Registered Nurse – Home Health
Pride Health is hiring a Registered Nurse – Home Health for a 14-week contract in Corpus Christi, TX.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled home health nursing visits and patient assessments.
- Complete OASIS documentation and maintain accurate patient records.
- Coordinate care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
- Travel throughout the assigned coverage area to provide quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license.
- Home Health field experience required.
- OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred.
Position Details
- Contract: Approximately 14 weeks
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Day Shift | 32 hours guaranteed per week
- On-Call: One week every six weeks (preferred)
- Coverage Area: Corpus Christi, Driscoll, Alice, Kingsville, Premont, and surrounding areas
- Mileage: Reimbursed between patient visits
- Pay: $53.00–$57.00 per hour
