Surgical Technician – Operating Room | Lafayette, LA
Location: Lafayette, LA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day, 10-Hour Shifts (6:30 AM–5:00 PM)
Join a busy Operating Room team assisting surgeons during a variety of surgical procedures. Candidates must have 2+ years of Surgical Tech experience, graduate from an accredited Surgical Technology program, hold an active Surgical Technology Certification (online certifications not accepted), and AHA BLS. Responsibilities include preparing the OR, maintaining sterile technique, handling surgical instruments and equipment, assisting physicians during procedures, and ensuring quality patient care. Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
