Description

Cath Lab Tech (Hybrid OR) – Roles & Responsibilities

Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac, vascular, and endovascular procedures.
Scrub and assist in complex hybrid OR procedures including EVAR, PMEG/TAMBE, TEVAR, TCAR, TAVR, TMVR, peripheral stenting, and bypass procedures.
Operate fluoroscopy, hemodynamic monitoring, and imaging equipment during procedures.
Prepare patients, equipment, and sterile fields before procedures.
Monitor patient status and maintain procedural documentation in EPIC.
Ensure proper handling of catheters, guidewires, stents, balloons, and other interventional devices.
Float to the Cath Lab to assist with peripheral and structural heart cases.
Participate in on-call, weekend, and holiday coverage as scheduled.

Required Documents / Certifications

Active RT (ARRT) or RCIS certification
BLS
ACLS
2+ years of Cath Lab / Hybrid OR / Endovascular experience
Experience with EVAR, PMEG/TAMBE, TEVAR, TCAR, TAVR, TMVR, and other complex hybrid procedures
EPIC experience (preferred)
