Description
Shift
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (EOW)
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced PCU RN to provide high-quality care for adult and geriatric patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity Progressive Care Unit. The nurse will care for patients requiring close monitoring, telemetry, non-invasive ventilation, stable ventilator management, and titratable drips while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of PCU/Stepdown RN experience
- Experience with Epic electronic medical records
- Ability to float to equivalent or lower-acuity units
Required Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) (preferred)
