Job Summary

The registered nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and supervises individual patient care using the nursing process.  Accepts responsibility for direction of co-workers and delegation of role appropriate tasks in the implementation of care. Performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance to the established policies, procedures and guidelines.

Job Qualifications

Education:                                     Completion of an accredited nursing program, resulting in one of the following:

·       Diploma in Nursing

·       Associate degree in Nursing (adn)

·       Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (bsn)

This position requires an active RN license as well as a BLS/ACLS certification. PALS is a plus. Previous charge experience and preceptor experience is preferred but not a must.
