LPN – Long-Term Care (LTC) / SNF (Travel Contract) / $1,818.00/week
Job Details
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)
- Shift: True Rotating (Days & Nights)
- Weekends/Holidays: Every other weekend and holidays
- Pay Rate: $71.00/hour
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Requirements
- Active South Dakota LPN License or Compact License (required and in hand)
- Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care/Nursing Home experience
- Current BLS Certification
- Current flu vaccination documentation (required)
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work rotating day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate will have prior nursing home or LTC experience and be comfortable caring for geriatric residents with chronic illnesses, rehabilitation needs, and complex medical conditions.
