Position: BT/RBT 

Location: Initially supporting the Gaithersburg area, with opportunities to work across multiple clinic locations in the Rockville & Columbia

Setting: Clinic w/ the occaisional home visit! 

Client Ages: 1 to 5 yrs old - Early intervention

Caseload: 2-4 patients per day

Duration: Temp to permenant placement

Compensation 

Local Pay Rate: up to $23/hr!

Position Details

Hours: 

• M-F schedule - 35 hours per week

Shift Options: 

• 7:45 AM – 3:15 PM
• 8:45 AM – 4:15 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 1–5
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Track and document client progress
• Support family-centered treatment goals

Requirements

• Comfortable working with children ages 1–5
• Open to completing RBT certification within 90 days if not already certified!
• Comfortable working primarily in a clinic setting and making occasional home visits alongside or under the guidance of a BCBA
