Description

IU Health Bloomington Hospital – Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist

We are hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for IU Health Bloomington Hospital! This is a great opportunity for a tech looking for a strong schedule, solid patient volume, and a supportive imaging environment.

Position Details:

Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s (flexible)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Nuclear Medicine experience
Unit: 3-room Nuclear Medicine department supporting inpatient, outpatient, and ER populations
Patient Volume: Approximately 9–12 exams per day
Documentation System: Cerner
Equipment: Siemens preferred

Required Skills:

IV starts
Strong PACS proficiency
Ability to perform a variety of Nuclear Medicine procedures

Required Procedures:

Cardiac imaging
Bone scans
Liver/Spleen studies
Lung studies
Thyroid studies
Tumor localization
Myocardial imaging

Certifications Required:

BLS
NMTCB
ARRT preferred

Minimum 2 years of exeperience -NMTCB -ARRT -BLS -Cerner Exp
