Description
Shift Requirements: Variable shifts 0700-1900 or 1900-0700.
Float Requirements: Rhinelander, Tomahawk, or Eagle River.
On Call/Call-Back: Can be low censused and put on call.
Call back minimum is 2 hours.
Weekend/Holiday: Every other holiday.
Weekend rotation variable, every other to every third.
Required Certifications: AHA or ARC BLS, ACLS Required, NBRC CRT or RRT(RRT must be obtained within one year of hire).
WI License required.
And NRP preferred.
Required Education: Associates Degree.
Minimum Experience: 2+ year experience.
Prefer travel experience.
Charting/Equipment: V60 BIPAP, ,AVEA.

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
