Description
Position: Operating Room Certified Surgical Technologist (OR CST)
Shift:
- 4×10-hour variable shifts
- Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM
- Mid Shift: 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Variable scheduling based on department needs
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend rotation required
On-Call Requirement: Required
Orientation: 40 hours
Guaranteed Hours: Per contract
Required Certifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – NBSTSA required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA required
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Required Experience - Minimum 5 years of Operating Room CST experience required.
- Previous charge experience preferred.
- Experience working in a hospital operating room setting required.
Experience with complex surgical procedures preferred.
